Precautions for the use of UV varnish

1. The normal use temperature of UV varnish is ℃. When it is used at low temperature in winter, constant temperature water is needed to heat the UV varnish circularly to make its viscosity reach the design viscosity, which is conducive to the leveling and rapid curing of UV varnish

2. When UV essential oil passes through the UV lamp irradiation area, the best temperature should be ℃, because at this temperature, UV light oil solidifies quickly and has strong adhesion after curing. In other words, the lower the temperature under the UV lamp, the better. This is the main reason why some manufacturers have poor adhesion and leveling when polishing low-temperature plants in winter

3. The polisher should be placed in a position where the sun cannot directly shine, and can be used to package food, otherwise the UV varnish will solidify on the coating roller under the action of ultraviolet light in the sun. If you can't avoid direct sunlight, you should also use the biir/pa type DVA with red and black windows to lower the tire body pressure curtain to block the sunlight

4. The UV varnish scraped off during glazing will bring the ink printed on the substrate to the UV varnish on the glazing machine to make the glazing oil color. However, after filtration and sedimentation, these varnish can still be used without throwing away

6. The viscosity of UV varnish varies according to the type of glazing machine, and special glazing oil should be selected according to the type of glazing machine. If the viscosity of UV varnish cannot reach the viscosity required by the polishing machine, you can remove the viscosity with diluent or add viscosity with thickener. However, after such adjustment, the curing speed, brightness and adhesion of UV varnish will be lost
